Several months ago, we had Licata Enterprises to do property inspection on a house we were closing to buy. The inspector, Jody Satalante, found some undisclosed issues that helped us decide to forgo the 1st house we wanted to buy. Less than 2 weeks later, we had Jody back on inspecting a house that we ended up buying. On both occasions, they were accommodating with our tight schedule & professional. Jody was very knowledgeable & took his time to go over what’s need to be done should we decide to buy the house. The inspection reports that Jody Satalante presented were very detail & easy to understand. Highly recommend!

Jody is absolutely amazing! Showed up to our appointment early. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and informed me of many things that a first time buyer would want to know. Patient and answered every question and offered advice based on his experience. I would recommend him to anyone and would give 10 Stars if I could
